The 63rd Holtville Carrot Festival Kicks Off this Weekend It’s that time of year again! The 63rd annual Holtville Carrot Festival kicks off this Friday with the Chamber of Commerce Banquet at the Imperial Valley Swiss Club and continues with tons of festivities throughout the next week. Thousands Raised For Arthritis Foundation At IV Mall Jingle Walk By Chris Furguson Dozens of walkers, runners and dog owners descended on the Imperial Valley Mall on December 5, 2009 for the Jingle Bell Run/Walk benefitting the Arthritis Foundation.
