Save up your appetite to dine at the Fresh Grill Buffet with your friends and family for Easter Sunday. During Brunch, patrons will enjoy made-to-order omelets, eggs Benedict, cheese stuffed mini croissants, almond French toast and more. Light and fresh salads and soups include grilled chicken and shrimp Caesar, spinach salad, Greek cucumber with feta cheese, Amish chicken and corn chowder, and the list goes on. At the carving station, Easter diners can get their fill of roast prime rib of beef, honey glazed Virginia ham and maple roasted turkey breast. Easter specialties include grilled to order New York strip steaks, roast leg of lamb stuffed with local dates, spinach and goat cheese, barbecued St. Louis pork ribs, North Coast seafood cioppino, baked fillet of salmon Florentine with picatta sauce and sautéed breast of chicken Marsala. The chefs also prepare a mouthwatering selection of international dishes inspired from Italy, Asia and Latin America. After all this, save room for dessert, including sweet treats you can dip in the chocolate fountain, rich cakes, pastries, cookies, ice cream and many more items, including sugar-free desserts.
If a gourmet, sit down dining experience is your style for Easter, make a date for The Bistro. Executive Chef, Freddy Rieger, and his expert staff are serving a special gourmet pairing of center cut Provimi veal chop and lobster thermidor pot pie. This comes with Boursin mashed potatoes, sautéed asparagus, roasted cipollini onions, wild mushrooms and a Dijon butter sauce. This Easter special is $36 per person. The Bistro’s nightly menu will also be served.
If you prefer a casual yet modern and fun environment for dinner, POM is your place. POM will have a special entrée of grilled roasted spring premium Australian lamb chops. This will be served with oven roasted potatoes with oregano and parmesan, braised greens with red wine and honey, white cheddar-cauliflower au gratin and a rosemary-mint demi glace. This Easter special is $30 per person. POM’s nightly menu will also be served.
The Fresh Grill Buffet is open for brunch from 10:00am to 3:00p.m. or dinner from 3:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Both are $29.99 for adults and $14.99 for children ages 3-12. Children 3 and under are free.
