On March 22, 2012 at approximately 1830 hours, Dyson was traveling w/b on I-8 east of In-Ko-Pah Road driving his Chevrolet in excess of 80 mph in the #1 lane.  Hudiani was also traveling w/b in the #1 lane driving his Honda at a stated speed of 65 mph ahead of Dyson.  As Dyson approached Hudiani’s vehicle, Hudiani began to transition to the #2 lane.  Due to Dyson’s speed, he was unable to slow down prior to colliding with the rear of the Honda.  The impact caused both vehicles to overturn and come to rest in the median of w/b I-8.  Dyson who was unrestrained at the time of the collision was ejected and suffered complaint of pain to his head.  Hudiani and his passenger Koshabi had complaint of pain to their ears.

Dyson was placed under arrest after the collision due to striking a US Border Patrol Agent who was assisting him.  Dyson was transported to ECRMC where he was released for further medical care.
