Throughout the fairgrounds, for the entire , “Sadie the Balloon Lady” will be around making and handing out balloons for children and adults alike.
Also performing for the entier Fair & Fiesta will be Imagination Circus, a circus act out of Boulder, Colorado.  The group will be performing mostly at the Calico Stage near the north entrance to the fairgrounds.
For those interested in cooking contests, there will be a daily event for adults, like “Favorite Italian Dish” “Favorite Tropical Dessert,” or “Favorite Dish containing SPAM.”  Also, there will be a special Tropical Salsa contest on Tuesday, March 6, with prizes for the top three placers, an award for “Best Booth” and one for “People’s Choice.”
Also, hundreds of kids and teenagers from all over the Imperial Valley will be on hand to showcase their livestock animals.
