Giant Checks Totaling More Than $1 Million to be Delivered to Clinicas de Salud del Pueblo at Opening

SAN DIEGO, October 28, 2010 – The San Diego/Imperial Counties Chapter of the American Red Cross is responding to a fatal shootout at an apartment in the Skyline Area of southeast San Diego. U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers at the Otay Mesa cargo facility seized 269 pounds of marijuana hidden in the tires of a tractor pulling a trailer. Head of Mexican Drug Trafficking Family Sentenced to 23 Year in Prison

United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner and Drug Enforcement Administration Special Agent in Charge Anthony D. Williams, announced today that Miguel Ruiz-Bravo, 39, of Apatzingan, Mexico, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Morrison C.
