By Luke Phillips A nation-wide epidemic of Bed Bugs, a small insect that feeds off the blood of humans as they sleep, has made it's way to the Imperial Valley. By Mario Conde Over 2,000 students returned to classes this week in Calexico and the Calexico Chamber of Commerce hosted the  traditional event Friday, Aug. 20th  to welcome back teachers.
