The traffickers should be sent back into Mexico and turn over to their local authorities and let them deal with them, that way U.S. citizens don't have to feed and care for extra prisoners. Just confiscate the weed and have it sold legally to the local pot users, that way funds can be generated accordingly...this is just my POV.
