It is pretty suspicious that the officials only seem to catch the small shipments. I don't know what to do about Heroin, but this battle against weed is just idiotic. The U.S. could drastically cut its budget if it came to it's senses and realized that people are going to smoke it whether they like it or not and that it is actually safer than most of the legal drugs out their. I don't really care as the only drugs I use are caffeine and alcohol, but I don't understand why the US uses so much of our money for such a failed policy.
